Hi, I'm Ankit Pal, an Indian entrepreneur, software developer, and the Founder & CEO of Corepal Check and Pay Challan Private Limited, the company behind Offline Challan.

My journey in technology began in 2016, long before I became a founder. I have always believed that technology should solve real-world problems, and that belief continues to drive everything I build today.

Over the past decade, I have worked across software development, Android applications, web technologies, networking, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, AI integration, and Legal-Tech products.

My mission: To build technology that simplifies legal and government services for millions of Indians.

From Curiosity to Company

A decade of learning, building, failing, and creating impact through technology.

2016 — The Beginning

Entered the World of Technology

Started exploring software development, websites, Android, and internet technologies. Curiosity turned into passion through building real projects.

2017 — Content & Blogging

TechWire Blog & YouTube

After completing 12th standard, started technology blogs on Google Blogger under the name TechWire. Launched a YouTube channel that gained a good audience.

Attracted platforms like UC News and NewsDog, who approached me to write technology articles — generating early income.

2017 — Networking & Security

ACNS at Aptech Institute, Kanpur

Completed the Advanced Career in Networking & Security (ACNS) program covering:

December 2017 — First App

First Android Application

Launched my very first Android app on Google Play. This marked the beginning of a mobile app journey — developing and publishing numerous apps that generated sustainable income.

2018 — First Startup

Founded Rojgartak.com

An online platform for government jobs, career updates, and educational information. Served thousands of users across India until 2023.

Learned product management, SEO, digital publishing, user acquisition, and team collaboration.

2020 — COVID Lockdown

Built "My Certificate" Platform

When a close friend had to travel cities just for an Income Certificate, I built a platform helping users apply for Income, Caste, Residence Certificates, and Government Job Applications digitally.

2022 — The Big Decision

Discovered the Challan Problem

Noticed a massive gap in India's traffic challan ecosystem — millions struggling with understanding challans, finding legal help, and clearing pending issues.

Shut down almost all existing projects to focus solely on this one problem.

2023 — Building Offline Challan

Ground-Level Foundation

Registered offlinechallan.com and chose a ground-level approach — personally travelling across Uttar Pradesh, visiting district courts and CJM courts, meeting advocates, understanding legal workflows, and building a trusted network.

November 2024 — Launch

Offline Challan App Goes Live

Launched the Offline Challan Android application as a pilot. Personally met fleet owners, transport companies, and vehicle owners. Earned trust through 100% refund policy and customer-first approach.

Thousands of users, orders worth lakhs 🚀

April 3, 2025 — Company Formation

Corepal Check and Pay Challan Pvt. Ltd.

Officially incorporated the company to operate and scale Offline Challan. Now actively serving customers in Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Uttarakhand, and selected regions of Madhya Pradesh.
